06) - We design, create, show you designs.
07) - You give us plenty of feedback!
08) - Pretty soon both parties will be happy.
09) - You happily pay us the balance promptly.
10) - We deliver your graphics by email.

There is no liability to either party - easy peasy.
Payment by PayPal or check/money order by postal mail.

Final delivery of custom graphics is accomplished AFTER final payment is received.

Contracts are sometimes necessary for large ongoing projects. Please understand this protects both parties, your company and Buddy Web Graphics.

NO adult content - All strictly adult behavior graphics are restricted.
NO attacks on persons or entities. If your website attacks anyone in the U.S., don't call on us.
NO fraudulant activity - If your business consists of pyramid schemes, we're out.
NO hate speech - do not expect us to make a graphic that spews hate.
NO illegal activities - if you need graphics for what can be construed as illegal activity, don't ask.
NO phishing - this activity does not need graphics, right?
NO porn - adult, children, animals - it's all out.
NO racism - racists can do without our help.
NO SPAM - our graphics better not show up in spam emails!
NO terrorist activity - surely you know what this entails. It's out too.
